How Often Are You Practicing Posing in the Last 3 Days Before Show?
Hey everyone, with show day rapidly approaching, I'm curious about how often you're hitting your posing routine in the final 72 hours. I've heard conflicting advice, from daily sessions to complete rest from posing to avoid fatigue.
My coach has me doing short, intense posing sessions every day leading up to the show, sometimes twice a day for 15-20 minutes, really holding each pose to build endurance. He says it's crucial for muscle memory and to prevent cramping on stage. But I'm starting to feel a bit drained and wonder if I'm overdoing it.
On the other hand, some pros advocate for minimal posing in the last few days, just a quick run-through to check your look, focusing more on conserving energy. What's your strategy? How many times a day, for how long, and when do you stop completely? Does it change depending on your class (e.g., Men's Physique vs. Open Bodybuilding)? I want to make sure I'm sharp without burning out.
