The debate rages on! What's everyone doing for their final workout before hitting the stage? I'm talking about that very last session, usually 2-3 days out from the show.

Some swear by a very light, full-body pump workout with high reps and low weight, no failure, just to drive blood into the muscles and get them responsive to carbs. They say it helps with vascularity and keeps the muscles looking 'awake'. The idea is to deplete some glycogen without causing inflammation or tearing.

Then there's the school of thought that says complete rest is best. Give the body a chance to fully recover, supercompensate glycogen, and avoid any last-minute muscle soreness or fluid retention from inflammation. They argue that any 'pump' is temporary and not worth the risk.

I'm leaning towards a very light upper body pump, maybe 15-20 reps per set, just to feel something. What's your strategy, and why? Has anyone tried both and noticed a significant difference in their stage look?
