Whole Eggs vs Egg Whites for Muscle Building
I have been eating ten whole eggs a day because they are cheap and high in protein. My mum is worried about my cholesterol levels, but I have read that the fats in the yolk are actually good for testosterone. Should I switch some of these for egg whites?
I am in the middle of a heavy bulk and the extra calories from the yolks are definitely helping me hit my targets. I find whole eggs much more satisfying than just the whites. I am wondering if there is a limit to how many yolks one should consume daily.
What is your stance on eggs for bulking? Do you use a mix or just stick to the whole egg? I am curious if anyone has actually seen their bloodwork change after a high egg diet. I really love them but I do not want to ignore potential health risks for the sake of gains.
