I have had some amazing luck lately figuring out where to find used gym equipment on Facebook Marketplace here in Vancouver. It seems like a lot of people are clearing out their pandemic builds and there are some real bargains to be had.
I recently picked up a set of Bowflex adjustable dumbbells for half the retail price. My advice is to set up alerts for specific keywords like weight set or squat stand so you get a notification the second something is posted.
Do you guys find that people are willing to negotiate on price or do they usually stick to their guns? I always try to offer a bit less if I am picking it up the same day. It has worked out well for me so far but I am curious about your experiences with sellers.
