Vertical Diet Review for Strength and Muscle Mass
I have been seeing a lot of hype around Stan Efferding Vertical Diet lately. The focus on red meat and white rice for easy digestion sounds interesting, especially for someone who struggles with bloating like I do. I am thinking of giving it a try for my next bulk.
The restricted food list seems a bit boring, but if it helps with performance and digestion, I am willing to do it. I am currently eating a lot of broccoli and brown rice and my stomach is always a mess. The Vertical Diet says to avoid those for better gut health.
Has anyone here followed the Vertical Diet for a long period? Did you notice an improvement in your energy and strength? I am curious if the focus on micronutrients like iodine and sodium actually makes a tangible difference in the gym. It seems a bit more complex than just hitting macros.
