Vegetarian Meal Prep Ideas for High Protein Diets

I have decided to cut out meat for a few months but I am worried about losing muscle. I am looking for vegetarian meal prep ideas that are still very high in protein. I am tired of just eating eggs and protein shakes every single day.
I have been experimenting with tofu and tempeh but I am not very good at seasoning them yet. I have also been using a lot of Greek yogurt and cottage cheese for snacks. I need some solid meal ideas that I can prep in bulk for my lunches.
Are there any high protein grains or legumes that you all recommend? I have heard that quinoa and lentils are good but I need to know how to make them taste great. If you have a favorite vegetarian recipe please post it below!
