Vegan Muscle Building Stack Best Plant Based Supplements
I have recently switched to a plant based diet here in Canada and I want to make sure I am not missing out on any muscle building potential. I am looking for the best vegan muscle building stack and plant based supplements. I know I need to be more careful with my protein sources and leucine intake.
I am currently using a pea and rice protein blend and I have added some vegan fermented BCAAs to my routine. I am wondering if I should also be supplementing with Creatine and Beta Alanine since these are usually found in meat. I want to prove that you can still get jacked on a vegan diet.
