Top Rated Recovery Apps to Pair with Your Smartwatch
I am looking for the top rated recovery apps to pair with my smartwatch. I have a lot of data from my Garmin but I feel like the native app does not do a great job of explaining what I should do with that information. I want an app that can take my sleep and HRV data and give me a daily readiness score.
I have looked at apps like Athlytic and Supersapiens but I want to know what the community thinks is the most accurate. I am very interested in optimizing my training around my recovery levels. I live in New York and my schedule is pretty hectic so I need something that can help me decide when to push and when to pull back.
Do any of you use a third party app for your recovery scores? I am curious if you find them more reliable than the built in features on your watch. I am ready to take my performance to the next level with some better data analysis.
