Top Mobility Drills for Wrist Pain
I have been getting some sharp pain in my wrists during front squats and push ups. I am looking for the top mobility drills for wrist pain to help me stay active in the gym. I think my wrists are very tight from years of typing and not enough focused stretching.
I have started doing some prayer stretches and some wrist circles. I have also heard that using a fat grip or a stress ball can help strengthen the muscles around the joint. I am in the UK and I am trying to improve my rack position for my olympic lifting. I do not want to have to rely on wrist wraps for every single set.
Does anyone have a favorite routine for building strong and mobile wrists? I am looking for something I can do for five minutes before my workout. I would love to hear from anyone who has overcome similar wrist issues and what worked best for them. I want to keep my training pain free!
