Top 5 Cutting Stacks for Fast Fat Loss and Muscle Retention
Summer is coming up here in Texas and I need to start my shred. I am looking for the top 5 cutting stacks for fast fat loss and muscle retention. I have a decent amount of muscle but I have a bit too much insulation around the midsection right now.
I am currently looking at a stack that includes Caffeine, Green Tea Extract, and maybe some Yohimbine for that stubborn fat. I am worried about losing my hard earned strength while I am in a calorie deficit. I have heard that BCAAs might help with muscle sparing, but some people say they are a waste of money if your protein intake is high enough.
What are you all using for your cuts this year? I would love to hear about some real world results with specific brands. I am trying to be very disciplined with my diet but I feel like a good stack could give me that extra edge I need.
