I am putting together a list of the top 5 best space saving gym equipment for flat dwellers in London. I have had to be very creative with my own setup and I want to help others who are struggling with a small living space.
My current favorites are adjustable dumbbells a folding bench a doorway pull up bar resistance bands and a compact exercise bike. I feel like you can get a full body workout with just these five items without taking up your whole living room.
What would you include in your top five for a small space? I am always looking for new ideas for compact gear. I hate the feeling of living in a gym so being able to hide everything away is a huge priority for me.
