After my ACL surgery last year my squat depth has been terrible. My knee feels very stiff especially in the bottom position and I am struggling to hit parallel even with light weight. I have been working with a PT in Vancouver but I want to add some extra mobility work at home.

I have found that heel elevated squats help quite a bit but I do not want to rely on them forever. I have also been doing a lot of couch stretches and ankle flossing. What are your go-to drills for improving knee flexion and general lower body mobility after a major surgery?

I really want to get back to olympic lifting but my catch position is nonexistent right now. If you have any specific stretches that helped you regain that deep squat comfort I would love to hear them. I am trying to stay patient but it is a long road to recovery.
