It is so hard to stay on track with my bulk when I am in lectures all day. I need some portable snack ideas that are high in calories but do not require a microwave. I am tired of just eating protein bars that taste like chalk.
I have started making my own trail mix with almonds, dark chocolate, and pumpkin seeds. It is okay, but I need more variety. I am looking for something that I can keep in my bag that will not go bad by lunchtime.
What are your top bulking snacks that actually taste good? I am in the UK so things from Tesco or Sainsbury would be great, but generic suggestions are fine too. I really need to stop skipping these mid morning snacks if I want to see progress.
