I recently bought a digital scale and started weighing my food in grams instead of using cups and spoons. I was shocked to see how far off I was with things like peanut butter and cereal. A tablespoon of peanut butter is almost double what I thought it was!
I am curious if you guys think weighing everything is sustainable long term or if it leads to burnout. I feel like I am finally seeing results now that I am being precise but it takes so much longer to prep my meals.
Do you weigh everything or just the high calorie stuff like oils and nuts? I am in the US so I grew up with the imperial system but I am finding that grams are much easier for tracking macros accurately.
