The Connection Between Gut Health and Recovery Quality
I am starting to believe that my recovery issues might be coming from my digestion. I am looking for information on the connection between gut health and recovery quality. I have been feeling very bloated lately and I noticed that my muscle soreness lasts much longer when my stomach is acting up.
I am in the UK and I am considering adding a high quality probiotic or some L-Glutamine to my stack. I have read that the gut is responsible for absorbing all the nutrients we need for repair. If the gut is inflamed then the whole body is inflamed.
