I have been stuck at a 140kg squat for what feels like an eternity. I am trying to figure out some squat technique tips that might help me break through this plateau and finally hit 160kg.

I have noticed that my hips tend to rise faster than my chest when the weight gets heavy. It is incredibly frustrating because I know the leg strength is there but my form just falls apart. I have tried adjusting my foot width and it helped a little bit but not enough to make a real difference.

Does anyone have experience with this specific issue? I am thinking about filming my sets to post here for a form check. Would love to know if anyone has used certain cues that helped keep their torso more upright during the ascent.
