I think I have pushed myself too hard over the last few months. My strength is stalling, I am irritable all the time, and I am not sleeping well. I am looking for information on the signs of overtraining and how supplements can speed up the repair process while I take a deload week.

I am in Canada and I am currently taking BCAAs and whey protein. Should I be adding something more specific for my central nervous system like Ashwagandha or Phosphatidylserine? I really want to get back to my normal levels as quickly as possible without losing too much muscle mass.

How do you guys deal with burnout? I am wondering if there are any specific recovery protocols that you follow when you feel like you have hit a wall. I would appreciate any advice on how to use supplements to support my body during this forced rest period!
