Should I Take Pre Workout Before Leg Day for More Power
Leg day is always the hardest day of the week for me and I am wondering if I should be using a specific type of pre workout for more power. I am in Texas and the heat makes heavy squats even more draining. I want something that helps with my explosive strength and keeps me from gassing out during my high rep sets.
I am looking for a formula that is high in creatine and betaine for power output. I am also wondering if I should take a slightly higher dose of caffeine on leg days compared to my upper body sessions. I really want to break my current plateau on the leg press.
