Rogue Fitness Lever Belt vs Prong Belt Review
I am looking to buy a new belt from Rogue Fitness and I am torn between the lever and the prong versions. I am training in London and I do a lot of heavy squats and deadlifts. I love the idea of the lever for that instant tightness but I have heard they can be a bit tricky to adjust.
The prong belt seems more reliable and easier to share with a training partner if needed. I have also heard that the Rogue leather is very high quality but takes a long time to break in. I want a belt that will last me for a lifetime and provide the best support for my spine.
If you have used either of these Rogue belts please let me know your thoughts. Is the lever worth the extra hassle or is the classic prong the way to go? I am currently leaning toward the lever but I am still a bit undecided.
