I am writing a rep fitness pr-1100 vs pr-4000 review for beginners who are just starting their home gym journey. I have used both of these racks in the past year and I think there is a clear winner depending on your goals.

The PR-1100 is an amazing budget option that fits in almost any basement but the PR-4000 is a tank that will last a lifetime. I found that the hole spacing on the 4000 makes a huge difference for finding the perfect height for bench press and squats.

Which one did you go with for your first build? I am curious if people feel the need to upgrade from the 1100 after a year or if it is enough rack for most people. I want to help others make the right choice before they spend their hard earned money.
