I just picked up the new Reebok Nano X4 and I wanted to share a quick review. I use these for a mix of CrossFit and general bodybuilding in Dallas and I have to say the stability is much better than the previous version. They feel a bit lighter but the sole still feels very grounded during overhead presses.

I have used them for a few metcons now and they handle the running and jumping portions surprisingly well for a shoe that is so stable for lifting. The mesh upper seems durable enough for rope climbs but I have not put that to the test yet. I really like the new colour ways they have released too.

Does anyone else feel like the toe box is a bit smaller than the X3? I had to go up half a size to get a comfortable fit. Overall I think these are a great all rounder for anyone who does not want to carry two pairs of shoes to the gym.
