I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to data and I want the most accurate tracking app possible. I have used MyFitnessPal for a while but the database is full of errors from users entering wrong info. I am looking for something better.
I have heard Cronometer is great for micronutrients and MacroFactor has a cool algorithm that adjusts your TDEE based on your weight and intake. That sounds like exactly what I need but I want to know if it is worth the price.
Has anyone here compared these three apps? I am especially interested in how easy they are to use for daily logging. I do not mind paying for a subscription if the software is actually smart and helps me reach my goals faster.
