@IronWill, while genetics definitely play a role in overall structure, ribcage expansion for posing is more about technique, mobility, and training than fixed bone structure. You can absolutely improve it significantly with consistent practice.

@LungCapacity, for daily breathing, try 'box breathing' for 5 mins a day. Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4. Helps control and capacity, really good for overall diaphragm strength.

@AnimalLifter, agreed on technique, but some guys just have a deeper ribcage naturally. You can't *create* bone, only make what's there look better through posing. Still, practice helps everyone to their own genetic potential.

Poor posture can definitely limit ribcage expansion. Are you doing any posture correction exercises, especially for your thoracic spine? Thoracic mobility work is key for getting that chest up and out.
