I am finding it really hard to stick to my diet when I am out with friends. Everyone is ordering burgers and beers and I am sitting there with my sparkling water and a side salad. It is starting to affect my social life here in London.
Does anyone have tips for managing alcohol while on a cut? I know it is empty calories but I would like to have a drink or two on the weekend without ruining my progress. Are there any low calorie drinks that you recommend?
How do you handle peer pressure to eat junk food? I do not want to be the boring person who never eats out but I also want to hit my goals. I am trying to find a balance between being social and being disciplined with my fat loss journey.
