Hey everyone,

I've finally gotten into a really good groove with my home bodyweight and resistance band workouts. I'm seeing progress, feeling stronger, and honestly, it's become a key part of my daily routine. The problem is, my job involves a fair bit of travel, sometimes for a few days, sometimes a week or more.

When I'm away, I completely fall off the wagon. Hotel gyms are often rubbish, or I'm just too tired after work to bother. I want to figure out how to maintain that consistency even when I'm on the road. What are your best tips for sticking to a home workout routine when you're not actually 'at home'?

Do you pack specific portable gear? Do you have a go-to hotel room workout? How do you stay motivated when your environment constantly changes? I'm open to any strategies to avoid losing all my hard-earned progress!
