Macro Ratios for Keto vs Low Carb vs High Carb

I am trying to decide which diet approach to take for my next block of training. I have done keto before and lost weight fast but my strength in the gym was terrible. I am thinking of trying a moderate carb approach this time.
What do your macro ratios look like for these different styles? If I go low carb how much fat should I be eating to make up the difference? I am currently doing 40 percent protein 40 percent carbs and 20 percent fat.
I would love to hear from people who have switched between these styles. Which one made you feel the best and which one gave you the best results in the mirror? I am in Seattle and the gray weather already makes me tired so I need a diet that keeps my energy up.
