Just don't use the heel elevation as a crutch forever. Stretch those calves!
Quick update: The 'punch in the gut' bracing tip from NorthernLass really helped. I realized I was just relaxing my abs entirely at the bottom.
Brilliant. Bracing is half the battle in any fitness movement.
