I am about to start a new job and I know I am going to be working long hours. I want to stick to my low carb diet but I am worried I will reach for junk food if I am not prepared. I need some low carb meal prep recipes that are quick to put together.
I have been doing a lot of zoodles and cauliflower rice but they do not always stay fresh in the fridge. I am looking for more sturdy meal ideas that can handle being prepped in advance. I have a lot of ground beef and salmon in my freezer right now.
What are your go to low carb meals for a busy week? I am in Canada and I find that I need something warm and filling during the winter months. If you have any recipes that are high in fat and protein please share them with me!
