I have zero appetite in the mornings and it makes it so hard to get my calories in. I am trying to rely more on liquid calories but I want to make sure they are healthy. I am currently making a shake with whole milk, oats, and a banana.
I have heard some people add olive oil or coconut oil to their shakes for extra calories. Does that taste absolutely disgusting or is it manageable? I really need to find a way to get at least 800 calories in before I head to work at 8am.
Does anyone else struggle with a small appetite while bulking? I would love some recipes for high calorie shakes that do not feel like a chore to drink. I am in the UK so any specific products from MyProtein or Bulk would be helpful to know about.
