Is the Rogue Echo Bike Worth the Investment for Conditioning
I am considering buying a Rogue Echo Bike for my home gym in California to help with my conditioning. I have heard it is an absolute beast and will crush your soul in about two minutes. I want something that is durable and provides a full body workout for my off days.
The price is quite high compared to other fan bikes but everyone says the build quality is unmatched. I am wondering if it is actually worth the investment or if a cheaper Airdyne would be just as good. I want something that will not require a lot of maintenance over the years.
Do you have an Echo Bike? How often do you use it and do you find that it helps with your recovery and overall fitness? I am looking for a way to improve my work capacity without putting too much stress on my joints. Let me know if you think it is a must have for a serious lifter.
