Is the New Mobile App Better Than the Desktop Version
I just downloaded the latest version of the Muscle Talks app on my iPhone here in Toronto and I wanted to compare notes with the rest of the community. I have found that the notifications are finally working properly which is a huge relief. Before I would miss replies to my threads for days.
The desktop version still feels more robust for writing long posts or uploading progress photos from my Nikon camera. However the convenience of the mobile app for quick replies while I am on the GO Train is unbeatable. I am curious if the Android users in the States are seeing the same stability.
One thing I have noticed is that the image compression on the app is a bit aggressive. When I post a photo of my meal prep or my new gym gear it looks a bit blurry compared to when I upload from my PC. It is not a deal breaker but I hope they fix that in the next update.
Which version do you prefer for your daily check in? I am trying to decide if I should just stick to the mobile browser or keep the dedicated app installed. It is definitely getting better but there is still some room for improvement.
