Is the 16 8 Fasting Method Effective for Belly Fat
I have a stubborn layer of fat on my lower stomach that just will not go away no matter how much I train. I have been hearing that the 16 8 intermittent fasting method is specifically good for targeting belly fat. Does anyone know if there is any science to back that up?
I have been pretty consistent with my training here in Texas but my diet has been a bit hit or miss. I am thinking of trying the fasting window to see if it makes a difference. I am already doing a lot of cardio so I hope this is the missing piece of the puzzle.
Do you think it matters what I eat during the eight hour window as long as I stay under my calories? I am trying to be as efficient as possible with this fat loss phase. I would love to hear your success stories with fasting and abdominal fat.
