Is Stacking Fat Burners with Pre Workout Dangerous
I am currently on a mission to lose weight and I am wondering if stacking fat burners with pre workout is dangerous. I am in the US and I have a bottle of a popular thermogenic and a high stimulant pre workout. I am tempted to take both before my morning session to maximize my calorie burn.
I am worried about my heart rate getting too high or feeling jittery. I know both products contain a lot of caffeine and other stimulants like Rauwolscine. I do not want to end up in the hospital just because I wanted to lose an extra pound of fat this week.
Has anyone here tried this combination? I am thinking maybe I should take the fat burner in the morning and the pre workout later, or just find a non stimulant pre workout to stack with the fat burner. I would love to hear some advice on how to do this safely if it is even possible!
