Is Nootropic Pre Workout Better for Mental Focus at the Gym
I have been hearing a lot about nootropic pre workouts that are designed to improve cognitive function as well as physical performance. They include ingredients like Alpha GPC, Lion s Mane, and Huperzine A. I am wondering if these actually make a difference for mental focus at the gym.
I often find my mind wandering during my workouts especially when I am stressed from work here in London. I want to stay locked in on my form and my mind muscle connection. I am looking at products like Gorilla Mode or some of the newer nootropic blends.
