Is CBD Oil Worth It for Reducing Post Workout Inflammation
CBD is everywhere now in Canada and I am wondering if CBD oil is worth it for reducing post workout inflammation. I have some chronic shoulder pain from years of bench pressing and I am looking for anything that might help me recover better between sessions.
I have tried ibuprofen but I do not want to take that long term because of the gut issues. I am looking for a high quality CBD brand that is transparent about their testing. I want to know if it actually helps with sleep quality as well as the physical soreness.
Does anyone here use CBD as part of their recovery stack? I am curious about the dosage and if you prefer the oils or the topical creams. I would love to hear some real world experiences before I spend eighty dollars on a tiny bottle!
