Is Ashwagandha Safe to Take Every Night for Recovery
I have been using Ashwagandha KSM-66 for a few weeks and it has been amazing for my stress levels and recovery. I am wondering if Ashwagandha is safe to take every night for recovery or if I need to cycle it. I am in the US and I am worried about any potential side effects from long term use.
I have heard some reports of people feeling emotionally numb after taking it for a long time. I am currently taking 600mg before bed and it really helps me stay calm after my evening workouts. I want to keep the benefits without any negative impact on my mental health.
