Every time I go on social media I see someone talking about their air fryer. It seems like the new must have gadget for anyone who is into fitness and healthy eating. I am wondering if I should buy one for my kitchen.
Is an air fryer actually worth it for meal prep? I have heard it is great for making crispy potatoes and chicken wings without all the oil. I am a bit skeptical because I already have a convection oven that works okay. I am looking at the Ninja models that everyone seems to love.
Does it actually save time or is it just another appliance taking up space on the counter? I would love to hear from people who use theirs daily for their meal prep. Does it make the food taste better than a standard oven?
