I am wondering if a landmine attachment is actually worth it for small gyms. I have a tiny setup in my New Jersey basement and I am looking for ways to add more exercises without adding more bulky machines.
A landmine seems like a great tool for rows presses and core work. I love that it just uses a standard barbell and does not take up any extra floor space when I am not using it.
Do you find that you use your landmine regularly or is it just a gimmick? I have seen some that just slide into a weight plate and others that bolt to the rack. Which one do you think is better for a budget build? Let me know your experience with this tool!
