Is a Fish Oil and Vitamin D Stack Necessary for Lifters
I feel like everyone in the gym is talking about performance supplements but nobody talks about the health basics. Is a fish oil and vitamin d stack necessary for lifters? I am in the UK and we definitely do not get enough sun here, so I know Vitamin D is probably important for my mood and bones.
I am also curious about the benefits of high dose Fish Oil for muscle soreness and heart health. I have heard that it can help with the inflammation from heavy lifting. I am trying to simplify my stack and I am wondering if these two should be the foundation of everything else I take.
How much of each do you take daily? I am looking for advice on the best forms of fish oil to avoid those annoying fishy burps. I would also love to hear if you have noticed a difference in your training since you started taking your health supplements more seriously!
