Intermittent Fasting vs Small Frequent Meals for Fat Loss
I have been reading a lot about the debate between intermittent fasting and eating six small meals a day. It seems like everyone has a different opinion on which is better for burning fat. I have tried the small meals approach but I feel like I am never actually satisfied.
I am thinking about trying a 16 8 fasting schedule where I skip breakfast and eat my first meal at noon. Does this actually help with fat loss or is it just a way to manage calories? I am a bit worried about feeling lightheaded during my morning meetings here in London.
Has anyone here made the switch from frequent meals to fasting? I would love to know if you noticed a difference in your energy levels or your rate of fat loss. I am trying to keep things simple and manageable.
