I'd suggest setting up a Google Form for new members to fill out about their goals, experience level, and what they're looking for in an accountability group. Helps filter for serious folks and allows you to group them if the server gets big.

That's smart, @Droz. Pre-screening could save a lot of headaches and ensure everyone's on the same page. No one wants to join a 'bodybuilding' server and find out it's all about marathon training.

I've seen some groups use a 'penalty' system – if you don't hit your weekly goal, you owe a small donation to a charity decided by the group. Creates real motivation! 😉

@Alexandoy, I love the charity idea! That's a great way to turn a missed goal into something positive. Way better than just feeling bad about it. Definitely adding that to my mental list for a future group.
