How to Stack HMB and Phosphatidic Acid for Muscle Growth
I have been reading some interesting studies about Phosphatidic Acid and HMB lately. I am wondering how to stack hmb and phosphatidic acid for muscle growth. Both are supposed to work through the mTOR pathway but in different ways. I am in the US and I am looking for that extra one or two percent edge.
I am thinking about taking the Phosphatidic Acid right before my workout and the HMB throughout the day to prevent muscle breakdown. I have heard that the results from PA can be very impressive if you are training with enough intensity. I am a bit concerned about the cost though as these are not cheap supplements.
Has anyone here tried this specific combination? I want to know if it is actually worth the investment or if I should just stick to the basics. I am looking for some real world feedback from people who have done a full eight week cycle of this stack!
