How to Stack Glutamine and Creatine for Gut Health and Gains
I have been having some digestive issues lately and I am wondering how to stack glutamine and creatine for gut health and gains. I know Creatine is great for my muscles but I have heard that Glutamine is essential for the lining of the gut. I am in the US and I want to fix my stomach while still getting stronger.
I am thinking about taking 5 grams of each every morning on an empty stomach. I have heard that some people find that Creatine can be a bit harsh on the stomach if they do not drink enough water. I want to know if taking them together provides any synergistic benefits for recovery.
Has anyone used this combo for their digestion? I am curious if you found it helped with bloating or other issues. I am also wondering if I should be taking the Glutamine post workout as well. I would appreciate any advice on how to use these two supplements together effectively!
