I have been struggling with a bit of a low mood lately which I think is related to my high training volume here in the UK. I am looking for advice on how to stack 5-HTP with magnesium for better mood and recovery. 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin which should help with relaxation and sleep.

I am a bit worried about the safety of 5-HTP and if it can be taken long term. I am also wondering if the timing of the magnesium dose matters when you are stacking it with other things. I want to feel more balanced and rested so I can get back to enjoying my training.
