Anyone use the 'Multi-Add' feature? It makes logging breakfast so much faster.

Every day. And I use the 'Copy from Yesterday' thing too. I eat the same 3 eggs and toast every morning so it's a one-second log.

Okay, I think I've got my percentages set. 30P / 40C / 30F. Should I adjust these if I don't see weight change in a week?

Give it two weeks. Weight can fluctuate based on salt and water. If after 14 days the scale hasn't moved, then drop/add 200 calories by adjusting the calorie goal, not the percentages.

And make sure you weigh your food raw! 100g of raw rice is very different from 100g of cooked rice.

That's a rookie mistake right there. Always weigh dry/raw. Meat shrinks, rice grows. Raw is the constant.

Oh! I've been weighing my chicken after cooking it. No wonder my numbers felt off. Thanks for that!

We've all been there. It's a learning curve.

Stick with it. Once you do it for a month, you'll be able to eyeball most things if you're out at a restaurant or a flat-warming party.
