How to Save Money on Grocery Bills in the UK and USA
Inflation has really hit my grocery budget hard lately. I feel like I am spending 200 dollars a week and barely coming home with anything. I am looking for some real-world tips on how to cut down on food costs without eating junk every day.
I have started shopping at Aldi and Lidl more often and that has helped a bit. I am also trying to do more meal prepping on Sundays so I do not buy lunch at work. But I am wondering if there are other tricks I am missing, like using specific apps or buying in bulk.
Does anyone here have experience with warehouse clubs like Costco or Sam s Club? Is the membership fee actually worth it for a two-person household? I am worried I will just end up buying things I do not need because they are a good deal.
I would love to hear your favorite budget-friendly recipes or any advice on how to stretch a dollar at the supermarket. It is getting really tough out there for everyone.
