I have noticed a bit of an increase in weird bot posts lately promoting random supplements and shady websites. It is really frustrating when I am trying to read a serious discussion about deadlift form and I see five comments about crypto or cheap pharmaceuticals. I want to make sure I am reporting these correctly to help the mods.

Does the report button actually notify someone immediately or is there a queue? I do not want to be a nuisance but I am happy to help keep the boards clean. I am based in Leeds so I am often online when the American mods might be asleep and I see things sitting there for hours.

I think we should have a more clear set of guidelines for what constitutes spam. Sometimes a new member is just excited about a product they bought at GNC or MyProtein and it looks like an ad but it is actually a genuine review. It is a fine line to walk.

What are your strategies for dealing with trolls? I usually just ignore them but sometimes they get really personal in the General Discussion area. I am curious how the rest of the community feels about the current level of moderation. I think they do a great job but they might need more hands on deck.
