I have been trying to get my nutrition under control but I am a total beginner when it comes to the kitchen. I am a student in Ohio and I really need to find ways to eat healthy without spending a fortune at the grocery store.
I have seen people spending hours on a Sunday preparing food but it looks so complicated. I am looking for a simple guide that explains how to start meal prepping without needing a bunch of expensive equipment. I have a basic stove and a small fridge in my apartment.
What are the best foods to buy in bulk that do not spoil quickly? I am thinking about rice and beans but I do not want to get bored after two days. If anyone has a basic grocery list for a beginner I would really appreciate the help!
