How to Improve Sleep Quality While Using Fat Burners
I am currently on a cutting phase and I am using a fairly strong stimulant based fat burner here in the UK. I am seeing great results with my fat loss but my sleep quality has taken a massive hit. I am looking for ways to improve my sleep without stopping my supplement protocol.
I am already trying to take my last dose before 2pm but I still feel very alert at night. I am wondering if I should add a dedicated sleep aid like ZMA or maybe some 5-HTP to help me wind down. I do not want to sacrifice my progress but I know that lack of sleep will eventually stall my fat loss.
What is your strategy for sleeping while on high stims? I am looking for any tips or supplement stacks that can help counteract the caffeine and yohimbine in my fat burner. I really need to get some deep sleep so I can keep my energy levels up for my cardio!
