I have been dealing with some nagging lower back pain every time I finish a heavy deadlift session. It is not a sharp pain but more of a dull ache that lasts for a few days and makes it hard to sit comfortably at work.

I have checked my form and I do not think I am rounding my back but maybe I am not bracing hard enough. I have been using the Valsalva maneuver but perhaps my core is just not strong enough to support the loads I am lifting. I am currently pulling 405lbs for reps.

Does anyone have advice on how to fix lower back pain from deadlifting? Are there specific mobility drills or strengthening exercises like back extensions that helped you? I really do not want to stop deadlifting but I also do not want to cause a serious injury that keeps me out of the gym.
